It is a space where elevated service, intentional movement, and genuine care come together, inviting every guest to feel welcomed, supported, and inspired. My vision was to create an environment where wellness feels luxurious yet accessible, and where each experience empowers you to move through life with confidence, balance, and purpose.”

Our team is united by a passion for movement, wellness, and thoughtful teaching. Each instructor brings a unique background — from medical expertise to classical Pilates training — creating a blend of knowledge and creativity that ensures every class is safe, effective, and inspiring.

  • Jennina Saray

    CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR | REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

    Hi, I’m Jenni! I’m a nurse and a certified Pilates instructor who loves all things wellness. My classes mix classical Pilates with sculpt, using props to keep things fresh and challenging. Because of my nursing background, I care deeply about how movement supports your whole well-being not just your workout. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body every time you step on the mat. Think of my classes as a space to move with intention, build strength, and leave feeling refreshed inside and out.

  • Shay Williams

    CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

    Shay, a Miami-based fitness instructor and sound healer, draws inspiration from her diverse background in service and wellness. A United States Navy veteran, she continues her career in healthcare, bringing experience in emergency medicine and women’s cancer clinical research. Alongside her healthcare work, Shay offers Pilates and community wellness classes in partnership with local non-profits, universities, and healthcare organizations, and also hosts international wellness retreats in destinations such as the Bahamas and Nicaragua.

  • Kelsey Vargas

    CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR | GYMNASTICS COACH

    Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’ve been teaching Pilates for a year, and my love for movement started long before that—I spent over 10 years as a gymnast and later coached gymnastics. That background makes me big on form and alignment, while also keeping things fun and encouraging. I’m passionate about helping clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, and I hope to one day specialize in pre and postnatal Pilates.

  • Alisha Ahluwalia

    CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Alisha! I’m a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. For me, Pilates is more than exercise—it’s self-care and a way to bring balance into daily life. My classes focus on intentional movement that supports long-term wellness, whether you’re building strength, recovering from injury, or simply seeking clarity. I love guiding clients to discover just how transformative 45 minutes of mindful movement can be.

  • Aerial Clemons

    Aerial is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a professional background in mental health, leadership, and training. She blends the strength of power yoga with the mindfulness of traditional practice, creating classes rooted in both discipline and self-compassion. Known for her welcoming and empowering approach, Aerial designs spaces where students of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired. She leads dynamic sculpts and power flows that spark confidence, balance, and clarity. Beyond the studio, she is building SoulGood Movement, a nonprofit that unites yoga, wellness, and community service to uplift underserved populations. She is guided by her conviction that wellness should be inclusive and accessible to all, particularly those who are underserved.

    Eugenia is a highly skilled instructor, comprehensively trained in all classical Pilates apparatuses and specializing in physical therapy techniques. Her expertise in managing spinal conditions such as herniated discs, osteoporosis, and scoliosis ensures tailored, safe, and effective sessions for every client. Blending precision with a compassionate approach, Eugenia stays at the forefront of kinesiology research to provide transformative results. Her dedication to understanding each individual’s needs has earned her the trust and loyalty of clients seeking optimal wellness and care.

  • Lenneia

    Lenneia Batiste Elmore is a certified yoga instructor and NASM-certified personal trainer who enjoys teaching movement-based classes that support strength, mobility, and mindful connection. She holds her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Warrior One and is trained in both vinyasa, yin yoga and sound bowl therapy, with a specialization in women’s fitness. Lenneia currently teaches at the Chopra Mind-Body Zone at Lake Nona Performance Club and has taught pop-up classes for Disney, Drive Shack, National Airlines, and other companies throughout the Orlando and Miami area. Her teaching style is rooted in vinyasa-based flow, intentionally blending movement and breath to promote flexibility, balance, and spirituality. Lenneia has also enjoyed helping curating classes that blend multiple format to create classes that are truly accessible for all. When she’s not on the mat, she enjoys life with her husband, her two daughters, Ava and Aria, and their two dogs.

  • Sabrina M.

    Meet Sabrina Monestime (BB), a wellness coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a nationally accredited strength training certification. She specializes in preventative healthcare and pelvic floor training, guiding women to connect with and understand their bodies at every stage of life :before pregnancy, during, and after. Through Pilates, functional training, rehab-inspired movement, and assisted stretching, Coach Bb  creates safe, intentional sessions that restore strength, improve posture, and enhance overall mobility leaving her clients feeling stronger, more confident, and in tune with themselves.
