“I wanted to create a sanctuary where women feel seen, celebrated, and supported at every stage of their wellness journey.”
I’m Cressida Thompson, the founder of Posh Life Pilates — a brand born at the intersection of wellness, sophistication, holistic health, and hospitality. Before creating this space, I built a successful career in medical research, where I developed a love for precision and detail. At the same time, my personal passion for Pilates and luxury lifestyle experiences showed me how powerful intentional movement and environment can be. What I noticed, though, was a glaring gap in the industry: very few studios offered a refined, high-touch client experience paired with a truly welcoming atmosphere, especially for first-time Pilates participants.
From lackluster customer service to uninspired branding, I saw how much the standard fell short of what was possible. That’s why I founded Posh Life Pilates — to redefine what a Pilates studio could be. My vision is a space that marries intentional movement with curated luxury, where every client feels seen, celebrated, and supported in their wellness journey. Today, Posh Life stands as a sanctuary for those who want more than just a workout — they want a premium, personalized experience rooted in quality, community, and culture.

Kelsey Vargas
CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR | GYMNASTICS COACH
Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’ve been teaching Pilates for a year, and my love for movement started long before that—I spent over 10 years as a gymnast and later coached gymnastics. That background makes me big on form and alignment, while also keeping things fun and encouraging. I’m passionate about helping clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, and I hope to one day specialize in pre and postnatal Pilates.

Hi, I’m Jenni! I’m a nurse and a certified Pilates instructor who loves all things wellness. My classes mix classical Pilates with sculpt, using props to keep things fresh and challenging. Because of my nursing background, I care deeply about how movement supports your whole well-being not just your workout. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body every time you step on the mat. Think of my classes as a space to move with intention, build strength, and leave feeling refreshed inside and out.

Hi, I’m Alisha! I’m a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. For me, Pilates is more than exercise—it’s self-care and a way to bring balance into daily life. My classes focus on intentional movement that supports long-term wellness, whether you’re building strength, recovering from injury, or simply seeking clarity. I love guiding clients to discover just how transformative 45 minutes of mindful movement can be.

Shay Williams
Shay, a Miami-based fitness instructor and sound healer, draws inspiration from her diverse background in service and wellness. A United States Navy veteran, she continues her career in healthcare, bringing experience in emergency medicine and women’s cancer clinical research. Alongside her healthcare work, Shay offers Pilates and community wellness classes in partnership with local non-profits, universities, and healthcare organizations, and also hosts international wellness retreats in destinations such as the Bahamas and Nicaragua.
As a military veteran, frontline healthcare worker, fitness model, and Pilates instructor, Shay seamlessly integrates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), bootcamp, and classical Pilates into her teaching. Her motivation and infectious energy transform each class into an uplifting experience that fosters resilience, positivity, and community.

Aerial Clemons
Aerial is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a professional background in mental health, leadership, and training. She blends the strength of power yoga with the mindfulness of traditional practice, creating classes rooted in both discipline and self-compassion. Known for her welcoming and empowering approach, Aerial designs spaces where students of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired. She leads dynamic sculpts and power flows that spark confidence, balance, and clarity. Beyond the studio, she is building SoulGood Movement, a nonprofit that unites yoga, wellness, and community service to uplift underserved populations. She is guided by her conviction that wellness should be inclusive and accessible to all, particularly those who are underserved.
