Book a Class
Our signature classes are 50 minutes of intentional movement designed to elevate your day. With reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, barre, and sound meditation, there’s a class for every body, every energy level, and every moment of life. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve posture, feel more grounded, or simply reset, each session is thoughtfully crafted to challenge, restore, and empower you from the inside out.
Our Class Policy
To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes early, wear grip socks, and silence your phone during class.

Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class.

Private Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Filming is allowed in a limited capacity using personal mobile phones only. Professional cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, or similar devices are not permitted. Select classes will be designated as no-recording and will be clearly noted in the booking description. In these classes, filming will not be allowed in order to preserve the experience and privacy of all guests.

For safety, hygiene, and an elevated studio experience, grip socks are required in all classes. Please bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk before class begins.

Yoga is a centuries-old practice that unites breath, movement, and mindfulness. Beyond its physical benefits of flexibility, strength, and balance, yoga creates space for inner calm and clarity. In our studio, yoga becomes a moving meditation — a way to reconnect with yourself, ease stress, and find harmony in your day. Our primary practice at Posh is Vinyasa, a breath-to-floor movement experience.
