Our signature classes are 50 minutes of intentional movement designed to fit seamlessly into your day. From dynamic reformer sessions to mat sculpt, barre-inspired flows, and restorative options, there’s a style for every body and every mood. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve posture, or simply reset, each class offers a fresh, challenging, and empowering experience.

Our Class Policy

To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes early, wear grip socks, and silence your phone during class.

  • Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class.

  • Private Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • For the privacy and comfort of all clients and instructors, filming or recording during classes or in studio spaces is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized filming is considered a violation of personal privacy and may result in removal from class or termination of membership.

  • For safety, hygiene, and an elevated studio experience, grip socks are required in all classes. Please bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk before class begins.
