  • We understand that life happens. You may pause your annual membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. To request a pause, please notify us at least 30 days in advance, and we will take care of the rest.

  • Yes, your membership renews automatically every 12 months, with monthly billing. A reminder will be sent prior to renewal. To avoid incurring future charges, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of your renewal date.
